Vegetable Omelette Recipe

This meal is surprisingly easy to mess up despite being an extremely simple meal to make. What I have learnt from experience is that you need to make sure that you definitely raise the heat when adding the egg and milk mixture or you will end up making scrambled egg rather than an omelette.


  • 4 table spoons of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Seasoning
  • Half an onion
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 3 mushrooms
  1.  Put the 2 eggs into a bowl and then mix. Season and add the milk.
  2. Chop the peppers, mushrooms, spring onions and onions until they are very small.
  3. Heat a pan with 2 table spoons of oil. Make sure it is hot before adding vegetables.
  4. Pour in the egg and milk mixture and raise the heat. Leave to set.
